If there is one thing Arizona bull riding fans can’t get enough of each year, it’s watching professional bull riders put their incredible skills on full display while riding bulls that have no intention of letting them win. For fans in Phoenix, there’s no doubt they have marked their calendars for March 25th-26th, which is when the PBR BFTS Ak-Chin Invitational comes to town. Held at the Gila River Arena, it’s sure to be a PBR BFTS competition to remember. Featuring past champion Ryan Dirteater, the Ak-Chin Invitational is expected to attract many of the sport’s best riders.

As with all of the PBR BFTS events around the country, there will be extensive media coverage from a number of outlets. With plenty of bonus points on the line, each competitor knows staying on their bull for an extra second or two can mean the difference between winning or losing.

With the competition getting started at 6:45 p.m. on the 25th and 1:45 p.m. on the 26th, fans know there will be plenty of great action on both days. Along with the bull riding, fans will also have the chance to meet many of the event’s top riders and get their share of autographs and selfies. As PBR fans know, competitors in this sport are some of the most accessible and friendly in professional sports, so it promises to be a family-friendly event that will have more than its share of thrills and spills.
