Silvano Alves Gois and the dancing Australian,
Ben Jones handily onto the Texas dirt. Jones appeared to be suffering from an injury to his riding hand as he left the arena floor.

Just twelve men went on to the short go for the money and the prestigious major win: Paulo Lima, Aaron Roy, Keyshawn Whitehorse, Cody Ford, Winston Lopez, Lachlan Richardson, Mike Lee, Fabiano Vieira, Rubens Barbosa, Guilherme Marchi, Joao Ricardo Vieira and Shane Proctor. As it turned out, the bulls were just warming up.
Twelve men up, twelve men out and twelve men down early meant running in another entire set of bulls for Championship Round, Take 2. The bulls, however, were just getting warmed up and the second round riders all ate dirt.
