PBR: Unleash the Beast Mason Lowe Memorial 2019

Written by

The toughest sport on dirt is returning to St. Louis, for what was formerly, the St. Louis Invitational, from February 15-16, 2019. After the accident involving Mason Lowe in January, it was decided that this event would be the Official Memorial event for the former bull rider. This PBR event is one of many that kicks off the new season and will allow a multitude of riders to make some money and change their ranking.

All of this action is going down at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri on both Friday, February 15  at 7:45 pm and Saturday, February 16 at 6:45 pm. Make sure to check back on the website for event updates such as after parties and meet n greets with the riders.

The American Freestyle Bullfighting, in collaboration with the PBR, is excited to announce another performance of Spanish bulls and bullfighters. Legendary bullfighter Shorty Gorham, best known for his cowboy protection at PBR events, is reviving the forgotten sport of American style bullfighting and creating a new generation of stars with the formation of Shorty Gorham’s American Freestyle Bullfighting. You can catch highlights from other events on their website.

Last year, PBR rider, Tanner Byrne was the champion of the weekend. It will be interesting to see if he will be able to snag that title for a second year in a row or if someone else will be named champion. The number one leader right now, Jess Lockwood, has the number one spot on lock. Can he hold on to it?
