PBR’S Ridepass To Carry Unprecedented 11 Days Of Western Sports Coverage NOV. 5-15

PUEBLO, Colorado (November 5, 2020) – As the Western sports world turns its eyes toward PBR (Professional Bull Riders) championships this month, the league’s OTT streaming platform RidePass takes center stage today to begin an unprecedented 11-day stretch of live event action encompassing 40 broadcasts. Of those broadcasts, the subscription-based service, home to all things Western sports, is offering 27 free events from PBR World Finals Week 2020.

“Streaming live events from two continents and three different countries over just 11 days is an exciting undertaking,” said Chad Blankenship, Senior Vice President and GM of RidePass. “We are thrilled to offer this unprecedented level of live western sports content to new and existing fans.”

Starting with exclusive live coverage of 2020 PBR Canada Monster Energy Tour Finals Week on Nov. 5-7 from Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada, RidePass will be the exclusive live home for PBR Canada action. For three consecutive nights viewers will watch the race for the PBR Canada Championship unfold from Revolution Place, with possible PBR World Finals 2020 implications.

Both nights of PBR’s Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour (PWVT) Finals from Sioux Falls, South Dakota will be streamed exclusively on RidePass, Nov. 6-7. Viewers will see a race for the buckle that has the Top 45 riders on tour separated by just 58 points, and up to 105 points up for grabs for any one rider. Four automatic qualifiers for World Finals 2020 in Arlington, Texas (Nov. 12-15) will come from the PWVT Finals, and four of the Top 10 riders in the world are expected to compete for valuable world points towards their World Championship run, creating even higher stakes for the competitors.

PBR Australia also fires out of the chutes on Nov. 6, bucking in Toowoomba, Queensland, for two days. Lachlan Richardson seeks to extend his lead on the pack, as the 28-year-old eyes his first PBR Australia title. Australian action returns to the platform on Nov. 13, with another weekend of bucking from Airlie Beach, Queensland.

The National High School Rodeo Association (NHSRA) Southeastern Showdown from Perry, Georgia will also be a featured broadcast, with three performances over two days, starting on Nov. 6.

A ground-breaking event for female Western sports athletes – offering $750,000 in prize money – begins on Sunday, Nov. 8, with day one of preliminary competition of the 2020 Women’s Rodeo World Championship (WRWC). The eight-day competition can be seen live each following day on RidePass until Nov. 15.

Wednesday, Nov. 11 starts American Bucking Bull Incorporated’s (ABBI) four days of Finals competitions, featuring futurity, junior, yearling and other bucking bull competitions. Fans of America’s original extreme sport will get a chance to scout the top bovine athletes of tomorrow.

PBR World Finals Week 2020 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas opens the gates on Nov. 12. Starting with Official PBR Entertainer Flint Rasmussen’s Outside The Barrel Show and the fan favorite Mini Bull Riding Finals live at 12 p.m. CT, and Round 1 of the 2020 PBR World Finals, all from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. PBR World Finals Week 2020 runs through Nov. 15, with Ultimate Bullfighters joining the fray Nov. 13-14.
