Billed as the “Richest, Wildest Rodeo in the West,” the Reno Rodeo lives up to its reputation year after year. This year’s event, which will take place June 16-25 at the Outdoor Rodeo Arena in Reno, promises to be even bigger and more exciting than ever before. A family-friendly atmosphere, combined with activities that will appeal to young and old alike, make the Reno Rodeo one of the most popular in the United States. As cowboys and cowgirls all know, this rodeo offers a number of events that bring together many of the sport’s top competitors.
Media Coverage
Due to the popularity of the Reno Rodeo, numerous media outlets provide coverage of the events. The Cowboy Lifestyle Network, Ak-Chin Indian Community, and Earnhardt Auto Centers Road Team will provide media coverage of the events, ensuring cowboys and cowgirls everywhere will be able to keep track of all the action.

Country Music at the Rodeo
As most Reno Rodeo fans know, a rodeo is not a rodeo without some great country music along the way. To make sure this is the case, this year’s rodeo will feature plenty of great tunes and singers to sing them. On June 15 at 7 p.m. at the Outdoor Arena, fans can sit back and enjoy some of the finest country music Reno has ever heard. Some of the performers scheduled for that evening include:
–Billy Currington
Canaan Smith
