The PBR Challenger Series is the ultimate showdown of athleticism as bull riders and their hooved counterparts travel the United States facing off in thrilling 8 second rides against the clock. The PBR Challenger series is for cowboys both affiliated and unaffiliated with the PBR Camping World Team Series and culminates in the ultimate showdown at the Challenger Series Finals October 22nd and 23rd, 2025 at the South Point Arena in Las Vegas.
Since 2019, Judd Mortensen and the Stormont Vail Events Center have turned Topeka into a New Year’s Eve hotspot with the PRCA Xtreme Bulls, an annual, sell-out event featuring top riders versus Chad Berger’s world-class bulls. It’s become a beloved tradition packed with high-flying action, family-friendly entertainment, and a loyal fanbase. This summer, the adrenaline continues as PBR Shawnee County Fair Professional Bull Riding makes its debut on Saturday, July 26, 2025 inside Landon Arena. As part of the Shawnee County Fair, the event brings this elite Professional Bull Riders tour to Topeka, cementing the Stormont Vail Events Center’s reputation as a premier destination for top-tier western sports.
