The National Little Britches Rodeo Finals 2023, taking place July 2- 8 will be held in Guthrie, Oklahoma, and it promises to be an exciting event for rodeo enthusiasts and families alike. The Lazy E Arena in Guthrie, Oklahoma is set to host the 2023 National Little Britches Finals Rodeo (NLBFR) from July 02-08th. In 2021, 1613 contestants participated in the NLBRA, vying for over $380,000 in cash and college scholarships offered during the weeklong competition. This made it the world’s largest youth rodeo under one roof. The Lazy E Arena, which will be the National Finals Rodeo host from 2021 to 2025, estimated the annual economic impact to be nearly $20 million.

The National Little Britches Rodeo Finals will showcase riders from several different age groups, including juniors and seniors, who will compete in a variety of events, such as barrel racing, team roping, bull riding, and more. These young cowboys and cowgirls are the future of the sport, and their talent and dedication are sure to impress audiences from across the country. About the National Little Britches Rodeo Association

Established in 1952, NLBRA caters to children aged 5 to 18 and is a rodeo organization that promotes fair competition and good sportsmanship. Its primary objective is to cultivate a sense of healthy competition and appreciation for sports among its members and their families through rodeo events.

Over 500 youth rodeos in 33 states are sanctioned annually by the Association, providing ample opportunities for NLBRA members to accrue points and become eligible for the National Finals Rodeo. All of our franchises abide by the guidelines in the NLBRA Rulebook. Every year, more than 3,300 kids from 33 states participate in NLBRA rodeos. At both local and National Finals events, contestants compete for a range of prizes including saddles, buckles, scholarships, and cash.
