Reba McEntire tribute artist Corrie Sachs performed two shows before an enthusiastic audience on February 17th in The Lounge at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino. Sachs is widely considered the number one Reba McEntire tribute artist.
It was an outstanding performance highlighted by Sachs’ rendition of McEntire’s hit songs “Fancy” and “The Greatest Man I Never Knew.” Sachs is very memorable and remarkable in her tribute to the legendary country singer. Her stage presence, her voice and singing, and most of all how she captures McEntire’s look and personality is exceptional. The Lounge features free, live music nightly.
Sachs received the “2011 Tribute Act of the Year” award from the Las Vegas Review-Journal for her portrayal of Reba McEntire. She was also recognized as the Las Vegas Singer of the Year in 2004, 2006, and 2010, and was inducted into the Las Vegas Entertainment Hall of Fame in 2011. She is currently signed with Reve Records.
Sachs has starred in numerous shows in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Atlantic City, traveling extensively before settling in Las Vegas. She has performed for the United Service Organization (USO) throughout the world and opened for such stars as Bob Hope, Bob Newhart, and Allen and Rossi. Sachs starred as Annie Oakley in the Wild Bill’s Wild West Show in Los Angeles. She also starred in Las Vegas production shows Country Fever, American Superstars, and Legends in Concert. She currently appears weekly as the co-host of the Dennis Bono radio show, broadcasted from the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa in Las Vegas.
Sachs also bears a striking resemblance to McEntire and the audience was delighted by her performance. She’s one of many talented acts that appear nightly at The Lounge.
