Red Bluff, California – It’s about time for the 2025 Red Bluff Round-Up! The largest three-day rodeo in the country is back and better than ever April 18th-20th in Red Bluff, California. Packed with world-class contestants and entertainment, Red Bluff is one of the most highly-anticipated spring rodeos of the year. It’s not just about the rodeo, either – more than $350,000 goes back to assisting local organizations once the dust settles and the champions are crowned.

“What makes Red Bluff so special? There are a lot of components: 9,000 people in the grandstands, sunshine, and springtime in California, over $350,000 for the cowboys and cowgirls, and 750 contestants that are here competing not only for the title but for the big bucks. But the most important thing is tradition and history. If you’ve never been here, put it on your bucket list.”

One thing I HIGHLY recommend watching is the iconic Wild Ride! Watching cowboys get dressed up in the craziest costumes to ride a bronc is a recipe for a great time. Introduced in 2000, you won’t find this one-of-a-kind phenomenon at any other rodeo. From drag queens, Britney Spears, and anything you can think of, there’s nonstop entertainment! With more than $7,500 in payouts, it’s one of the most action-packed events in ProRodeo – complete with baby powder, confetti, and silly string.
In addition to the daily rodeo performances, there’s also horse and mule racing taking place every day! I think Red Bluff is such a special rodeo because they embrace these other exciting events alongside the rodeo lineup.
