Coined the “Wildest, Richest Rodeo in the West,” the Reno Rodeo, a PRCA sanctioned event, is celebrating its 100th year in 2019, and is planning an all-star lineup of events to commemorate the occasion. The PRCA/WPRA rodeo runs from June 21st-29th and includes all of the standard rodeo events: bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, bull riding, steer wrestling, team roping, tie-down roping, and barrel racing. The Reno Rodeo attracts the top competitors in the world, so don’t be surprised to hear some of the biggest names in the industry be announced at the rodeo! Tickets can be purchased here.
On June 20th, Xtreme Bull Riding will hit the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center! The event will feature 40 of the world’s best professional bull riders and 40 of the top bulls in the country. Click here to learn more about the event and to purchase tickets.
It’s hard to find anyone in the Western industry that doesn’t know about the Bob Feist Invitational Open Team Roping! The signature event, taking place June 24th, is considered the pinnacle of team roping productions and features 100 team-roping teams who compete for glory in six intense rounds of roping. In the sixth round, 100 teams get narrowed down to 15, and the team with the fastest cumulative time overall wins.
