Reno, Nevada – The biggest little city in the world is bringing in the 105th annual Reno Rodeo! This is the wildest, richest rodeo in the West bringing you the top cowboys and cowgirls around along with the rankest animal athletes. The Reno Rodeo kick-off concert is on Wednesday, June 19th with country artists, Russell Dickerson and Priscilla Block performing. The rodeo officially kicks off on Thursday, June 20th through Saturday, June 29th. All ages are welcome! The Reno Rodeo is the city’s longest-running event, dating all the way back to 1919 when the community banded together looking for a way to celebrate the end of WWI, deciding on a rodeo and “carnival of the range.” Today the Reno Rodeo is the fourth richest rodeo in the PRCA, put on by over 900 volunteers with over 140,000 fans in attendance. This is the 4th richest PRCA tour rodeo and the 3rd best as recognized by USA Today’s 10 Best Readers Choice. The Reno Rodeo has been nationally televised on The Cowboy Channel, CBS Sports, Fox Sports Net, Versus, ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPN Classic.

The Reno Rodeo has it all – bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, bull riding, steer wrestling, team roping, tie-down roping, barrel racing, breakaway, and even mutton busting for the kids! The Reno Rodeo attracts some of the most elite competitors in the world, you’ll hear some of the top names in the industry be announced at the rodeo! In addition to the classic rodeo events, you can expect to enjoy the original Reno Cattle Drive, parade, carnival, competition drill team, Cowboy Church, a Golf Tournament, the Broken Spoke Clydesdales, Wild Pony Races, shopping, music, dancing, and more! This event is truly a memorable experience that’ll leave you looking forward to the next.
