Since December 2000, RFD – TV has been streaming into the homes of millions of Americans. In fact, it is available through a wide range of cable TV subscriptions such as DISH, DIRECTV®, AT&T U-Verse, Charter Spectrum, Cox, Comcast, Mediacom, Suddenlink, and many other rural cable systems. It is estimated that more than 52 million American households can tune into the programming on this channel.
RFDTV, owned by Rural Media Group Inc., was developed to appeal to the more rural and agricultural communities in the country. Because of this, it features wholesome, family-oriented programming. Some shows are live, and others are pre-recorded. It is designed to provide those in agricultural communities with information and entertainment alike, and many of its shows relate to livestock, farming and other agricultural topics. There are also live rodeo shows and other entertainment options available for viewers to enjoy.
While RFDTV is largely focused on serving the agricultural communities in America with a distinctive viewing option, it also offers other shows for viewers to enjoy.
