Folks, it is once again time for Rodeo de Santa Fe, in Santa Fe, New Mexico! If you are within driving distance of this event and love attending great rodeos, then you won’t want to miss the 70th PRCA Rodeo de Santa Fe 2019. This year’s event, scheduled for June 19-22, promises to be even bigger and better than last year’s. To make sure fans will not miss a single moment of this rodeo’s great action, media coverage will be provided by the Cowboy Lifestyle Network.
The 2019 Rodeo de Santa Fe will feature plenty of exciting events to keep fans on the edge of their seats from start to finish. From bull riding and tie-down roping to barrel racing and steer wrestling, there’s no doubt the action will be non-stop each and every night. Along with the rodeo events, we all know and love, fans can also look forward to two new faces this year. Rodeo de Santa Fe would like to welcome Haley Ganzel, Trick Rider and Justin Rumford, PRCA Barrelman to the rodeo family. With the more than 500 contestants expected to compete, the Rodeo de Santa Fe 2019 will also feature renowned rodeo announcer Dan Fowlie, who wows audiences around the country with his unique announcing style.
Started in 1949 by rodeo fans Roy Butler, Slim Green, and several others, the Rodeo de Santa Fe was a hit right from the start. Determined to create a rodeo that was big-time, yet still maintained a small-town feel, Roy and his fellow rodeo fans worked tirelessly to create just that. As the rodeo has grown over the years, this PRCA-sanctioned event has become recognized as one of the top 60 PRCA rodeos in the United States.
Time is running out and the event is right around the corner! Make sure to head over to their website to purchase your tickets ahead of time. With several ticket options available, there is something for everyone! Keep an eye out for the CLN Team as we take Santa Fe by the reins and give you all the behind the scenes action!
