Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 to 1 cup buttermilk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Stir dough until it is thick. Flour your hands. Pat out dough. Do not knead. Roll dough into 9 balls and put dough in round pan. Cook dough 8-10 minutes.
