Spokane Interstate Fair and PRCA Rodeo 2017

This Spokane Fair and PRCA Spokane Rodeo is a ten-day event beginning on the Friday after Labor Day every year, meaning that this year it will be from September 8 through September 16 from 10 AM to 10:30 PM and on September 17 from 10 AM to 8 PM. The activities are held at the Spokane (Washington) County Fair and Expo Center where it has been located since 1952.
The theme is “Get Your Kicks; It’s Year 66,” and PRCA stands for Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.
Event Schedule for the PRCA Spokane Rodeo and Spokane Fair

September 8 (Friday) – Rodeo at 7 PM – This performance is the Tough Enough to Wear Pink, and one dollar from each rodeo ticket will be donated to breast cancer awareness in the Inland Northwest.

September 9, Saturday – 7 PM – Rodeo

September 10, Sunday – 4 PM – Monster Truck Show

September 12, Tuesday – 7 PM – Gary Allan

September 13, Wednesday – 7 PM – Fifth Harmony

September 14, Thursday – 7 PM – Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias

September 15, Friday – 1 PM and 7 PM – Truck and Tractor Pulls

September 16, Saturday – 7 PM – Demolition Derby

September 17, Sunday – 4 PM – Demolition Derby

Participation
In addition to fan favorite athletes, bull fighters, and animal athletes, there are the mentioned entertainers. Also, Greater Spokane Area citizens are invited to enter the Spokane Fair with a variety of items including arts and crafts, photography, floriculture, horticulture, livestock, food preservation, and more. For the ChildrenAg Experience: September 8 – 17 – 10 AM to 8 PM daily on the South Lawn. Kids of all ages can interact with farm animals, learn about Washington’s agriculture, and more.
Racing Pigs: September 8 – 17 – Noon, 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM daily on the North Lawn. Watch as these “athletes” race for the prizes of Twinkies and Oreos.
Kids Pedal Tractor Races: September 8 – 17 – 1:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 8:00 PM daily except that on September 18 they will be only at 1:00 and 5:00 PM. in the North Lawn’s Racing Pigs track.
Kids Mutton Bustin: September 8 – 17 – 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 6:15 PM daily just north of the Grandstand Arena. Kids aged 4 to 7 years old and weighing under 60 pounds can ride a sheep.
Fair Revenue
This Fair generates the greater portion of the yearly revenue for the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center in the amount of approximately $7 million. Every facility rental and every gate admittance to helps operate the facility and assists with necessary improvements.Media Team
Covering the PRCA Spokane Rodeo and the Spokane Fair will be the Papa John’s Road Team, the Earnhardt Auto Centers, the Ak-Chin Indian Community, and the Cowboy Lifestyle Network. Aaron Kuhl

Aaron Kuhl is a passionate advocate for the western lifestyle, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Cowboy Lifestyle Network (CLN). Growing up as an Arizona native, with a mother who worked for Wrangler Western for over 30 years, Aaron was immersed in the cowboy culture from a young age. Aaron and his sister Heather grew up watching rodeos, as their grandfather and uncle were PRCA ProRodeo cardholders. This early exposure has given him a profound understanding and appreciation for the western way of life. Aaron went to Corona del Sol High School in Tempe, AZ, then to the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ, where he received a Bachelor of Science after creating his own major. This unique course of study wove together Business Marketing, Geography, Sociology, Philosophy, and Religion. After graduating from the University of Arizona, Aaron joined CLN in its nascent stages, contributing to its growth and development over the past decade. As COO, Aaron manages operations, using AI to streamline processes and analyze data, ensuring CLN remains a leading voice. With expertise in business development, he innovates and cultivates client relationships, supporting CLN’s exponential growth. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Aaron values his faith, family, and friends, which are the cornerstones of his life. This personal foundation, combined with his professional expertise, makes him a trusted and authoritative voice in the western lifestyle community. Aaron’s commitment to philanthropy is the bedrock of his personal ethos. He actively supports local Arizona organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club, Chandler Compadres, Horses Help, Harris Brothers Charity Foundation, and the American Heart Association (among others), reflecting his dedication to giving back and strengthening the community he calls home. Through his work, Aaron aims to preserve and promote the traditions of the west, ensuring that the spirit of the cowboy lives on for future generations.
