AUSTIN, TEXAS– WCRA (World Champions Rodeo Alliance) today announced that the August 11-15 Stampede at The E will unite several of the world’s largest open and youth rodeos with a revolutionary qualifying opportunity including:
Athletes competing in the Stampede at The E now have unprecedented qualifying opportunities. For the first time in western sports history one rodeo will offer athletes a pathway to five major youth and open events.
Details regarding each event qualification opportunity listed below:
THE AMERICAN (2021)
THE 2020 JUNIOR WORLD FINALS (December 2020)
Athletes competing in the DY Pool (In the following disciplines)
IPRA (January 2021)
THE 2021 Jr. AMERICAN (March 2-5)

Entries for the projected $600,000 Stampede at The E held in Guthrie, Oklahoma at the Lazy E Arena are now open and close August 5 at 5 p.m. CT. Early entry fees for the open division will be $625 while DY fees will be $500. All entries will be taken on entrytool.com.
On Sunday, Aug. 29 fans will be able to tune into Stampede At The E on a CBS network broadcast.
