Stetson Wright Invitational 2024

8-time World Champion saddle bronc and bull rider Stetson Wright is no stranger to rodeo stardom. With a tenacity unmatched and a family legacy of rodeo royalty to boot, Stetson has dedicated many hours in the arena to reach the level of success he exhibits today. In celebration of Wright’s many achievements and love of bull riding, Minersville, Utah is proud to present the Fourth Annual Stetson Wright Invitational on May 25th.

Thirty of the world’s best bull riders and toughest bulls will test their mettle as they buck high and hold on tight until the 8-second buzzer blares. With $30,000 on the line, the pressure is on! The action starts at 7 pm sharp, so don’t be late!

In addition to traditional bull riding, the Stetson Wright Invitational is also inspiring the next generation of rodeo superstars. Six mini bull riders will demonstrate their talent and determination as they compete for a prize of $1,000. Keep an eye on these young rodeo athletes, they may just be your bull riding champions of the future!

After the performance make sure to stick around for a concert by Latrail Bailey!

Taryn Cantrell

Taryn Cantrell is an Arizona native who has spent many hours in the rodeo arena. Having grown up barrel racing, serving as the 2017 Gilbert Days Rodeo Queen and as a member of the Cowgirls Historical Foundation, Taryn is passionate about her western heritage and all things rodeo. When she’s not on horseback, Taryn can be found playing her bass guitar, painting, and performing around Phoenix with her band. Taryn is a graduate of Arizona State University with her Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Performance. Taryn is proud to combine her love of the arts with her love of rodeo and has been honored to sing The National Anthem at various rodeos across the beautiful state of Arizona. Alongside her love for art and music, preserving her western heritage and promoting the sport of rodeo are just two of Taryn’s many passions. Taryn is so honored to share her love of rodeo with Cowboy Lifestyle Network’s wonderful audience.
