Support Small Business at the Mingle ‘N Jingle Shopping Event at UltraStar Multi-tainment Center at Ak-Chin Circle

The holiday season is approaching fast! With less than two weeks before Christmas, the UltraStar Multi-tainment Center at Ak-Chin Circle is providing shoppers with an opportunity to get all of their last-minute gift-buying done at the first-ever Holiday Shopping Mingle ‘N Jingle. More than 35 local vendors will be set up in the lobby at the UltraStar Multi-tainment Center at Ak-Chin Circle from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on December 19.
“We wanted to bring more people out to support small businesses that are here in Maricopa and the surrounding areas including direct sales, small crafters, etc.,” said Kim Park, the sales and events manager. “We wanted to do something to help them get noticed and encourage people to shop locally.”
Residents and visitors from Maricopa and the surrounding areas are invited to attend this free event. Throughout the day, the Maricopa Music Circle chamber orchestra will be playing holiday tunes to get attendees in the holiday shopping mood.

“With everything that is happening this weekend, it’s going to be a huge turnout,” Park said. “All of our restaurants, including 347 Grill, Luxe Lounge, and Cones Café, will have great food and drinks. Some of the vendors will even have giveaways and raffles.” This holiday shopping event is just the first of many. There are already plans for a similar small business shopping events in February, May, July, November and another Mingle ‘N Jingle next December.
