Written by

As most Arizona cowboys and cowgirls know, there’s nothing better than a good old-fashioned rodeo to get the summer off to a great start. To make sure this happens, fans from all over the state will be flocking to the annual Taylor Rodeo, which will take place the weekend before the Fourth of July at the Taylor Rodeo Park. Sure to be one of the most anticipated family-friendly events of the summer in Arizona, the PRCA Taylor Night Rodeo will feature plenty of great rodeo events, lots of thrill-packed action, and also plenty of other events for fans of all ages. All this, along with the fantastic media coverage from the Cowboy Lifestyle Network, Ak-Chin Indian Community, and Earnhardt Auto Centers Road Team, add up to what will surely be an Arizona rodeo to remember.
Rodeo Events
Since the PRCA Taylor Night Rodeo is considered one of the best rodeos in the United States, it always has a variety of exciting events, such as:
–Calf roping
–Steer wrestling
–Bull riding
–Tie-down roping
–Saddle bronc
–Barrel racing
–Bareback riding
With so many events on the schedule, it’s clear fans of all ages will stay on the edge of their seats, always wondering what will happen next.
Additional Activities
Even though fans come for the exciting rodeo action that’s always featured at the PRCA Taylor Night Rodeo, there are lots of other fun activities taking place as well. For example, if you love great authentic western barbecue, plenty of this will be available during the festivities. And once you’ve satisfied your appetite with some great food, you can sit back and listen to some great country music, which will be performed live by various local and national recording artists. But if you’re still wanting more, you can enjoy a great fireworks show, and maybe even spend some time at the rodeo dance on the pavilion with your favorite cowboy or cowgirl.
Purchase Your Tickets
If you’re ready to attend the 2019 Taylor Rodeo, then it’s time to make sure you can do so by purchasing your tickets. To do so, you can visit the Town of Taylor website at tayloraz.org, or give the Town Hall a call at 928-536-7366. Or if you prefer, take a ride out to the Taylor Rodeo Park itself. Whatever method you choose, just make sure that when the first bull leaves the chute, you’re in the stands watching all the great rodeo action.
