The Range Steakhouse at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino in Maricopa recently updated its menu to introduce new selections to accompany the classic steakhouse fare. Executive Chef Colin Ribble says, “I wanted to subtly change the menu to surprise customers with new offerings.” Of course, all the classic favorites remain on the menu, including thick, juicy steaks, fresh seafood, starters, salads, sides, and oversized desserts, to make every dining experience a special occasion. Guests can still create their own dinner, such as picking your own sides and sauces with each entree.
New menu items include three new appetizers, Lobster Tempura, Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapenos, and Stuffed Mushrooms as well as five new entrees, the Range Burger, Herb Marinated Half Chicken, Scallop Carbonara, Certified Angus Beef Porterhouse as well as Lobster and Shrimp Lasagna Rolls.
Cowboy Lifestyle Network had the pleasure of trying out a few of the items on the new menu. The Scallop Carbonara was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Cowboy Lifestyle Network also gives recognition to the Lobster Tempura, as it was prepared and presented beautifully.
