RODEO QUEEN CONTEST

While cowboys and cowgirls are cheered for by the crowd as they compete in the arena, there will be a special group of ladies competing behind the scenes this week for the distinguished title of Miss Rodeo Jacksonville. They bring their talent and hard work to try for the privilege of representing the Tops in Texas Rodeo for a year-long title of public education and community service.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

If you consider yourself a true rodeo fan, you will certainly be ecstatic to hear that 2017 NFR barrel man, Cody Sosebee, will be seen at each night’s rodeo performance this year! This PRCA rodeo clown is known to many for his ‘decade of music’ skit and dance-offs. However, that is not the only esteemed voice that will be heard in Jacksonville this week. Andy Stewart, nominated the 2009 PRCA announcer of the year, will be doing what he does best over the microphone at Tops in Texas 2021. The Factory Connection Kids Tent will also be open this year to kids 8 and under with child-friendly contests from Thursday to Saturday. All entries must be at the tent by 6:00 pm each night. We hope to see you and yours this week at the 59th annual Tops in Texas Rodeo!
