Winners of the 100th Tucson Rodeo

Congratulations to all the winners of the 100th Tucson Rodeo. For 100 years the Tucson Rodeo has brought some of the best contestants on two and four legs to the Tucson arena. This year was no different, the sellout crowd was treated to big scores in the 100th Tucson Rodeo Finals. The Lynn Beutler All Around Award goes to Garrett Elmore of Springer, Oklahoma earning $5,053 in Tie-Down Roping and Team Roping. In Bareback Riding, Roedy Farrell won the Finals with an 88-point ride on Beutler & Son’s Unleashed while Jayco Roper won the aggregate with a score of 172.5 on 2 rides. In Steer Wrestling, Stetson Jorgensen won the finals and Marc Joiner won the week with an aggregate of 18.4 on 3 runs. In Team Roping, Nelson Wyatt and Jonathan Torres won the finals with a time of 5.6 and the aggregate with a time of 11.1 on two runs. In Saddle Bronc, Brody Wells won the day with a score of 89.5 and won the aggregate with a score of 175 on 2 rides. In Tie-Down Roping, Kyle Lucas won the finals and the aggregate with today’s time of 9.9 and 29.7 on 3 runs for the week.  In Women’s Barrel Racing, Anita Ellis won the finals with a time of 17.24 and Amy Stoltzfus won the aggregate with a time 34.61 on 2 runs. The day ended with Bull Riding and the day’s two scores were a tie, Jordan Spears and Scott Wells both scored 88 points. Jordan Spears also won the aggregate with a score of 172.5 on 2 rides.

TUCSON RODEO 

Celebrating its 100th anniversary, La Fiesta de los Vaqueros – Tucson Rodeo is staged by the nonprofit Tucson Rodeo Committee, Inc. A portion of the rodeo proceeds benefit community groups including Lion’s Clubs, 4-H Clubs and Rotary Clubs. The 101st Tucson Rodeo returns February 21 – March 1, 2026.
