It’s time again for Winter Wonderland, a favorite event hosted by Rodeo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, an Earnhardt dealership. Come on over and enjoy the sights and sounds of the season! It all happens on December 13 and 14 from 4-7pm both days.
Every year this location offers free photos with Santa, so bring the kids and get ready to visit with the big guy himself! This year’s Winter Wonderland event will be even bigger, with lots of holiday fun. Enjoy hot cocoa, food, free craft stations for the kids, train rides, an inflatable maze and a magician, all adding to the fun. Do you still have some shopping to do? Rodeo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is located in Queen Creek at 35747 N Ellsworth Rd. It’s the town of Queen Creek’s only new car dealership, according to their Facebook page.
Founder Tex Earnhardt started Earnhardt Auto Centers in 1951 with a Chandler-based Ford franchise. At age 21, he was the youngest-ever Ford franchise owner. Over the years, the company expanded and opened more dealerships, with Tex at the head. Tex’s straight-shooting style and famous catchphrase, “That ain’t no bull,” endeared him to generations of Arizonans.
Today, Earnhardt Auto Centers represents 16 brands at 17 locations around the Phoenix metro area. Tex’s sons, Hal and Jim Babe, joined him in the business, and so did several of his grandchildren, making it a true family business. Tex stayed active in Earnhardt Auto Centers operations until he passed away in 2020 at age 89.Brighten up your family’s midweek routine!
