Today officially marks the halfway point for all of us here at the NFR 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. For five days now, we have been blessed with the opportunity to watch the best of the best in the rodeo world compete for their shot at the number spot in each event. The fifth performance of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, Nevada has come and gone and it is only just the beginning. Junior World Finals
The Junior World Finals presented by YETI will host more than 850 contestants within the Wrangler Rodeo Arena over 10 days in December. Located in the heart of Las Vegas each contestant competes at the Las Vegas Convention Center. These young athletes will compete for more than $1 million in combined cash and prize payout on their quest to claim a coveted Montana Silversmiths championship buckle. Today starts the competition for all timed events!

NFR Round 5 Results & Winners
Congratulations to the Round Winners for the fifth night of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo!
Bareback Riding: R.C. Landingham
R.C. won his first-round win, marking the halfway point for the NFR 2022. He scored a 90.5-point ride on Pickett Pro Rodeo Co.’s. Top Notch. That winning ride put R.C in spot number 3 just behind Cole Reiner (2) and leader, Jess Pope.
Steer Wrestling: Ty Erickson
Ty secured his first round win of the event last night with a 3.9 second run.
Team Roping: Coleman Proctor & Logan Medlin and Clay Tryan & Jade Corkill
The boys made it a party last night all tying for the round win with a 3.8 second run. Clay and Jade are sitting at number two in the standings and Coleman/Logan are sitting at number 5.
Tie Down Roping: Kincade Henry and Marty Yates
Kincade and Marty tied for the round win last night, making it the first win for Kincade and the second round win for Marty. They took some money home with a 7.3 second run.
Saddle Bronc Riding: Logan Hay
Logan snagged his first round win with an 89 point ride. This puts him in the number five position in the standings.
Barrel Racing: Hailey Kinsel and Lisa Lockhart
Lisa and Hailey split the round win last night with a 13.52 second run. At the rate Hailey is going, she could be making a run for the number one spot!
Bull Riding: Tristen Hutchings
Tristen made a phenomenal ride last night and secured a 90.5 point ride for the round win.
