The Turkey Day spread at The Buffet at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino serves up a carving station with turkey and prime rib of beef. Thanksgiving favorites on the buffet include mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. Along with traditional favorites, a great variety of additional tasty fare is available – grilled, wok, and Mexican food choices are sure to please any appetite. Buffet hours are from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, and the cost is $27.99 per person.
Chef Colin Ribble of Range Steakhouse at Harrahs Ak-Chin Casino
The Range Steakhouse, also at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino, offers a three-course dinner from 4 to 9 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. The first course includes a choice of roasted acorn squash bisque or spinach and cranberry salad. Course two is a sliced turkey dinner with sage stuffing, roasted garlic mashed potatoes or whipped sweet potatoes, old fashioned cranberry compote, giblet gravy, and brown butter corn. For dessert, the final course includes the choice of made-from-scratch pecan pie, pumpkin Brulee, or pumpkin spiced bread pudding. The Range Steakhouse is a phenomenal place to enjoy any meal. The 347 Grill at UltraStar Multi-tainment Center at Ak-Chin Circle hosts a plated Thanksgiving dinner with all the classic favorites. Meals include a garden salad with a choice of dressing, oven-roasted turkey breast, citrus cranberry sauce, homemade mashed potatoes and gravy, traditional stuffing, green beans almondine, rolls with butter, pumpkin pie with fresh whipped cream, and unlimited soft drinks.
