1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked & crumbled
1 large block Velveeta cheese
1 8 0z. block cream cheese
1 can Rotelle tomatoes (do not drain)
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 small can green chilies or jalapenos
In a medium sauce pan, melt Velveeta & cream cheese until smooth. Add in remaining ingredients. Heat on low heat until ready to serve. You can also transfer this dip into your crock pot to keep warm. Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips. A definite crowd pleaser!
