Country Fruit Crisp

Ingredients:
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 pint fresh or frozen raspberries
1 pint fresh or frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cubed
1cup sugar
1 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour in a bowl an d mix well. Add berries and toss gently to coat, adding additional flour if needed for a drier consistency. Spoon the berry mixture into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, butter, 1 cup sugar oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Beat with a mixer until crumbly. Sprinkle over berries. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
