Country Western Wedding: Bridesmaid Dresses, Cowgirl Boots and Handmade Jewelry

One of the few times a group of women won’t mind dressing alike is in the bridesmaid role.
Trends today among wedding parties include selecting bridesmaid dresses that can be worn after the wedding for other occasions.
Brides-to-be are selecting budget friendly and fashionable dresses that are all one style and color or mix-matching styles with a set color.
Shawna and her Mustang Posse aka bridesmaids are enjoying the fact that shopping online for dresses also includes free shipping.
With just three months until Shawna and Adam’s October nuptials this week we are discussing bridesmaid dresses, cowgirl boots and handmade jewelry.
“Dresses and groomsmen attire came in!” Shawna texted to Cowboy Lifestyle Network.
The Mustang Posse will be wearing a flirty lime green dress with brown cowgirl boots of their choice.
The dress retails for under $35.  Shawna selected an A-LINE CHIFFON TEA-LENGTH, which will be complimented with a wheat bouquet and handmade necklace.

Two of the attendants have selected their cowgirl boots from Cavenders:

1. Justin Ladies Silver Collection Chocolate Buffalo Double Welt Square Toe Western Boots

2. Ferrini Ladies Zig-Zag Chevron Cowgirl Cool w/Gator Print Top Double Welt Square Toe Western Boots

While the others are still shopping for boots, we look to the fish hook necklaces design:

Lazy Flying Heart necklace with fish hooks

Back in February,  Shawna came across a necklace with two fish hooks wired together.  “I feel in love with the design. My brand, which will soon have Adam’s name is a lazy flying heart,” explained Shawna.  Utilizing her talent Shawna duplicated the design with some assistance from Hobby Lobby.  “I used more blue to kind of tone down the brightness a little,” she admitted, ” I then bought fish hooks, primed them, and painted them orange with a special plaster to make them safe.”
During the day while Shawna is out spraying thistles in pastures she is busy collecting native grasses to dry for her bouquets, boutonnières and arrangements.  Adam is working on center pieces.
The couple have three months more to finalize all the details for their wedding day.
