Let the cheer of the crowd, the dust-filled air, and the sheer power of the athletes ignite your soul. The adrenaline will kick in with hearts pounding, boots rooted in the earth, as you witness a spectacle transcending time at the Everett Bowman Rodeo Arena. Enjoy the sun setting, and legends unfolding beneath the beautiful Arizona sky. Gates will open at 1:00 PM, and performances are scheduled to start at 3:00 PM. Witness the Spectacle

Wickenburg extends a heartfelt invitation to witness the spectacle! The community proudly welcomes professional rodeo cowboys, cowgirls, and animal athletes who will ignite the arena with their talent in eight thrilling events including bareback riding, steer wrestling, tie-down roping, breakaway, saddle bronc, team roping, barrel racing, and bull riding. I love seeing all of the cowboys and cowgirls go out there and give it all they got. Their hard work and dedication set an extraordinary example of passion and perseverance to me. Their determination is a shining example of true grit.

Double Dose of Excitement

Get ready for a double dose of excitement! The arena will be ignited with the hilarious chaos of ‘The Misfit Cowboy’ PRCA barrel man, and the thunderous display of skill from Arizona’s Mounted Shooting Association. Get ready for a dynamic and thrilling experience.

Saturday: Tuff Enuff to Wear Pink Night

Saturday night, we stand united, a sea of pink against cancer. Join everyone for “Tuff Enuff to Wear Pink Night” sponsored by Wrangler’s ‘Wrangler Bucks Cancer’ fund empowers us to show our strength and unwavering hope. Wear pink, and be a beacon of courage. Support a vital local cause with every click. Purchase your Saturday online rodeo tickets, and $1 goes directly to Wickenburg’s Pink Ribbon Angels. The Pink Ribbon Angels have delivered hope and health, providing over 2,500 free mammograms and diagnostic tests, and 400 life-saving screenings for women and men ages 35 – 64. These are individuals who are uninsured and under-insured in the Wickenburg community.

Legends of the West: Rodeo Dinner & Calcutta

Join Legends of the West as they kick off the rodeo weekend with a rodeo dinner and calcutta under the Big Tree Arena Pavillion in Wickenburg, AZ on April 3rd, 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM. Get ready to savor the flavors! Hassayampa Smokehouse & BBQ, and Capital Farms & Meat Provisions have partnered to deliver a meal that will leave you completely satisfied and eagerly anticipating the next bite. Raise a glass and celebrate with the Wickenburg Elk’s Club! They’re bringing the bar, creating a perfect atmosphere for a shared evening of joy and festivity. The menu includes, smoked turkey, sausage (Capital Farms & Meat Provisions), coleslaw, beans, cornbread, fruit cobbler (buttermilk & honey), and a drink. Rodeo dinner is $20.00 per person including one drink ticket.

Refund Policy

This event was planned with absolute commitment, and the show will go on, rain, hail, snow, or shine. As such, tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Howdy, I'm Megan deFabry. I grew up in Reno, Nevada, but since 2017 my heart has called Texas home. I now reside in Austin, Texas since 2020. I'm driven by my faith, cherished relationships with family and friends, and my professional ambitions. I'm passionate about digital marketing and journalism, especially the wide-open spaces of America's Western lifestyle, the grit of agriculture, the excitement of rodeo, and the heart of country music. For nearly a decade, I've been sharing this way of life through storytelling. And like any good cowboy tale, there's a loyal sidekick, my little Dachshund, Frank, who I adopted from a shelter in New Braunfels, Texas, back in 2018. He keeps me grounded, reminding me to chase horizons and savor life's simple joys. I graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Affairs and a minor in Mass Communication. My major taught me to decode consumer behavior, which is crucial for marketing, while my minor sharpened my storytelling skills. Since then, I've spent years mastering SEO and content strategy, staying ahead in a fast-moving field. My work even caught the eye of Cowboy Lifestyle Network's CTO, Irish Padmore, who recognized me for contributing to his research on Consumer Behavior in the Age of AI. Since 2018, I've been honored to work at Cowboy Lifestyle Network.
