The journey of Leidan Mitchell Salon & Spa began in 2001 in Arcadia. Founders Jacki Tatman and Erin Essert envisioned a salon environment where stylists could both create and build their own business with the support of a full-service salon. This vision has flourished, expanding into two valley locations, with the largest salon and spa introduced to the East Valley in Chandler in 2008.

In pursuit of future growth, the ownership team expanded two years ago with the addition of Nicole Evans, Jessica Gallegos, and Kelly Reid, who all embraced the original vision and passion. They are committed to creating and building opportunities for future artists and salon professionals.
