UltraStar Multi-tainment Center at Ak-Chin Circle Luxe Lounge introduces new menu items

At Ak-Chin Indian Community, The Luxe Lounge is the luxurious 21-and-older venue located in the UltraStar Multi-tainment Center at Ak-Chin Circle, Executive Chef Frank Abeyta created the new menu, which offers American comfort food with a twist. In an interview with Chef Abeyta, he said he conducted an online survey of their customers and employees, resulting in the new menu items.
Cowboy Lifestyle Network went out for the night to Luxe Lounge for a taste of the new menu. This is what they thought: “We enjoyed the BBQ Brisket Quesadilla with all the fixings, delicious! JoJo’s Crisp Potato Wedges were also very good, drizzled with cheese, sour cream, bacon bits and green onions. The Red Chile Enchilada Cheeseburger made with a half pound burger patty covered with two red chile cheese enchiladas, grilled pink onions, and topped with sour cream and guacamole on a brioche was fabulous. The best of the night was the Sonoran pulled pork, green chili, white onion, jalapeno, bacon, avocado, shredded cabbage with lime aioli French roll sandwich, yummo! Of course, we had to sample the delicious wings, cooked to perfection.”
Weekly specials and events offer a variety of tastes and good times. Happy Hour, 4-7 p.m., Monday-Friday, serves up $3 drink specials and 25% off appetizers. On Mondays, the Cheeseburger and Fries deal fills you up for $5. Or try Taco and Tequila Tuesdays, with $2 beef or chicken tacos, $3 Dos Equis beer, and $3 tequilas. On Thursdays, we serve up wings for the famous 50-cent wing night.
The Luxe Lounge is located at 16000 N. Maricopa Road in Maricopa, on the second floor of the UltraStar Multi-tainment Center at Ak-Chin Circle. It’s open on Mondays to Thursdays, from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m., on Fridays from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., on Saturdays from 12 p.m. to 2 a.m., and on Sundays from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m.  Great entertainment is from local favorites, DJ Jade or DJ Lo. They play top tunes, always a bonus!
