It’s no secret that Sin City can take it’s toll on most people. Here’s Cowboy Lifestyle Network’s Wrangler NFR Survival Guide to help you make the most of your time in Las Vegas.

Take vitamins & immune boosters at least a week before you go

By starting vitamins before your arrival you can boost your immunity & hopefully avoid getting sick when you get home. Personally, I combine anti-oxidants, calcium, B Vitamins & an Immune Booster.

Eat as healthy as you can

Food is fuel. Don’t forget to eat some clean healthy protein such as eggs, chicken or fish. Of course we all know there are those times when you just need some greasy eats, too!

Get your sleep, even if it’s not at night

Never underestimate a power nap! When night turns into day just a couple extra hours can get you feeling brand new. Don’t worry, there will be plenty of partying left.

Pace yourself & Stay hydrated

Only a novice taps out & goes 9-0 as soon as they step into the Las Vegas city limits. In the event you find yourself dehydrated, nauseated or just needing an energy boost go visit the Reviv Bar in the Underground of the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. A massage chair & an IV of sunshine & hugs awaits you.

The Cowboy Lifestyle Network is the Online Western Enthusiast Social Hub. A community that pursues the western lifestyle and lives the cowboy ideal. Information and entertainment for the whole family inside the country world.
