Pumpkin Apple Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1-15 oz can of pumpkin (not pie filling)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped

Directions:
Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Mix together sugar and pumpkin. Add eggs, oil and water. Add dry ingredients and combine. Fold in apples. Grease 2 bread pans and pour mixture into each one. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 – 60 minutes. Let cool before removing from pans and slicing. Serve with cool whip and a dusting of cinnamon.
