How to Join?

To become a member of the Southwest Indian Rodeo Association, you will need to purchase an INFR Membership or INFR Permit. You can download both application forms from the official Southwest Indian Rodeo SWIRA website.

Full Membership

The INFR Membership offers a traditional membership, as well as Jr., Sr., and personnel membership classes/levels. You will not receive a membership card until you have filled out the application completely, and accurately. There is a fee that must accompany the membership application; this feel will vary, depending on the membership level/class you apply for. All applicants applying for the Jr. Membership must send in a copy of your current grades along with the application. In order to become a member and compete in any of the region or rodeo tours, you must have passing grades.

Apply for a Permit

The INFR Permit costs less than the INFR membership application, but you are only permitted to compete in one rodeo season under this permit. You will be permitted to compete in the region and tour rodeos within the region that you listed on the permit application only. An INFR Permit does not qualify you to the Region Finals, or the INFR. You can purchase this permit by downloading the application form and following the step-by-step instructions, or if you are in the Southwestern Arizona area, you can purchase the INFR Permit through the INFR Office.
