Spicy Wagon Wheel Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 large baking potatoes
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
splash of Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup sour cream
3 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions:
Wash potatoes and pierce  with fork. Microwave until tender. When cool enough to handle, cut each potato width-wise into 1/2 inch slices making the potato rounds. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Mix together BBQ sauce and Tabasco. Brush onto potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
Bake for 8-10 min. Top with sour cream and scallions. Serve warm.
