About Turquoise Circuit
Every PRCA contestant belongs to a circuit and has an opportunity to advance to a national championship in the multimillion-dollar arm of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. The Circuit System affords opportunities to cowboys who may not have the circumstances that allow them to be on the road for thousands of miles a year. The responsibilities of home, jobs or businesses require them to spend more time in a specific geographic location than they would be able to spend traveling across the country. But make no mistake, these cowboys are as good as they come!
There are 12 circuits in the PRCA. Some include as few as one state, such as the California, Texas and Montana circuits, to as many as 14 states – the First Frontier Circuit in the northeastern part of the country. In recent years Mexico and Canada have become circuits as well. Rodeo is alive and well, and will only continue to grow!

The Exceptional Rodeo
The Turquoise Circuit Finals Rodeo invites families from the special needs community to attend the Exceptional Rodeo. This unique program allows exceptional kids of all ages to take part in rodeo-themed games and activities with help from professional cowboys and cowgirls, rodeo royalty and youth rodeo athletes. Each participant is given encouragement and individual assistance throughout each activity. At the end of the event, a special awards ceremony will recognize everyone’s involvement and celebrate their unique abilities.
This event is limited registration and fills up fast. We recommend early registration.
