When that day rolls around, everyone will be heading to the Mercedes Rodeo Arena in Mercedes, TX at 8 p.m. to see the CBR Ed Payne Bulls on the Border Bull Bash. Reserved seats are $30 pre-sale and $35 at the door, while general admission seats are $20 pre-sale and $25 at the door.
