Ingredients:
- 1 – 2 lb. flank steak
Montreal Steak Seasoning (found at any grocery store in the spice isle)
Directions:
Place flank steak on a plate. Sprinkle seasoning liberally over both sides of meat. Let stand for 10 min. Meanwhile, fire up the BBQ grill or use your indoor grill. Place flank on grill and cook to your likeness. We usually do medium to medium rare. The center of the meat will be less done that the edges, so it will basically please everyone! When meat is done, let rest for 10 min. then place on cutting board and slice against the grain however thick or thin you want it.ย ย Serve with a baked potato and salad for the perfect meal!
