Ranch Pasta Salad
This pasta salad is the one! Easy to make and filled with lots of flavor! It will be a family favorite! One of our most loved picnic dishes to make and take as a side dish or main dish for all to enjoy.
I like to eat it by itself in a big bowl as a snack, treat or quick meal. It’s so addicting!
The best Pasta Salad so far! It contains Ranch Salad dressing which is everyone’s favoriate flavor, plus vegetables, chesse and meat. All of these ingredients are so good that the combination of textures and flavors will “pop” in your mouth with every bite.
Add some Italian herbs like fennel, basil or oregano to give it that extra punch of flavor. Enjoy with some barbque and corn on the cob.
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Packet ranch dressing mix
1 lb rotini (corkscrew pasta)
2 carrots chopped
1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup ham
1 cup cheddar cheese diced into small cubes
1/2 cup yellow bell peppers, diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
Combine Greek yogurt, mayo, and ranch packet. Mix together until well blended. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente. Let it cool. Pour pasta into large bowl. Add carrots, broccoli, ham, cheese, and bell peppers. Pour the dressing over the mixture and mix well. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
