The original Western Wishesβ’, founded in 1994 by Donnalyn Quintana, is hosting a gala event held in conjunction with the Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo and Championship Bull Riding World Championships at the Little America Hotel and Event Center in Cheyenne,Β Wyoming on Saturday, July 21.
