Cowboy Beef Stroganoff

Check out this great recipe for Cowboy Beef Stroganoff, the only recipe you will ever need to make your whole family happy!

1 lb beef stew cubes or fajita strips
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp. Garlic salt
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
2-3 dashes of  Tabasco sauce
Cooked rice or egg noodles

Directions:
Brown beef in butter and garlic salt. Remove with slotted spoon and place in a casserole dish. Set aside. In same skillet that you browned meat in, add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and Tabasco sauce to remaining broth. Wisk together until completely combined. Pour mixture over beef, cover and cook in oven at 250 degrees for 3 hours. Do not lift lid or cook for a shorter period of time. This will make the beef tough. Serve over rice or noodles with a green salad to complete the meal. You won’t believe how tender the meat is! Cowboy Beef Stroganoff is a great meal that kids love too!
You can substitute ground beef as well. Brown meat and mix in other ingredients. Serve immediately. This is a faster and more economical way to make it.
