For many Veterans, knowing where to start with a VA claim can be one of the biggest challenges. Between military records, medical documentation, VA forms, and unfamiliar terminology, the process can quickly become overwhelming. True Vet Solutions’ Veterans Benefit Solution (VBS) was created to make that process easier to understand and help Veterans move forward with a clear plan.
Consultation & Information Gathering
The process begins with a one-on-one consultation with a Veteran benefits consultant. This is an opportunity for the Veteran to explain their situation, ask questions and provide information about their military service, medical history, current VA benefits, and any previous interactions with the VA.
From there, True Vet Solutions helps organize the information needed to understand the Veteran’s circumstances and determine what steps may be appropriate.
